Sherali Mirayubov
Sherali Mirayubov is a committed leader in the disability rights movement in Tajikistan. Born in Istaravshan, he has spent much of his life working toward improving opportunities and accessibility for individuals with disabilities. After graduating from the Special Boarding School for Children with Weak Vision and Blindness in Khujand, he earned his law degree from Tajik National University in 2019.
In 2020, Mirayubov co-founded Youth with Disabilities Muvaffaq, where he leads efforts to empower young people with disabilities and raise awareness. He also works as a legal advisor at the Training and Production Center for the Blind in Istaravshan, continuing his advocacy through legal support and community outreach.
Mirayubov is a certified trainer in several fields, including accessibility for people with disabilities, independent living, and computer use for individuals with vision impairments. Under his leadership, Muvaffaq has implemented over 10 projects benefiting over a thousand individuals with disabilities. Mirayubov has also participated in various international and local training programs, furthering his expertise in disability rights and social inclusion.
