Emma Geen is a climate activist based in Bristol, UK, with a focus on disability climate justice. She has represented Disabled people in climate action locally, nationally, and internationally, including on a US Embassy Exchange. She led on the co-production of the UK’s, and possibly the world’s, first community climate action plan by and for Disabled people and has written resources and guides for the Sensing Climate research project. She is also a creative practitioner, writing novels and delivering creative workshops to support people to engage with climate and nature issues. She co-founded Climate Joy as a platform for this work.
