Esenam Abra Drah is a Ghanaian mental health advocate, speaker, and content creator. Her advocacy is rooted in her lived experience with bipolar disorder and her commitment to challenging stigma, advancing disability inclusion, and amplifying lived experiences. She is the founder of Mental Health Quarters, a YouTube channel focused on sharing stories of people thriving with mental health conditions and disabilities. She is also the creative lead of Happily Ever Hopsan, her alumni podcast. In recognition of her storytelling and advocacy, Drah was named 1st runner-up in the 2024 We Can Work Storytelling Competition by Mastercard Foundation and partners.
